Our outdoor sessions are 60 minutes long and provide an all over body workout. Workouts vary from session to session, but all classes combine a variety of fun and effective moves intended to help you get fitter, grow stronger and improve your shape.
Group outdoor workouts run throughout the week at various local locations and times.
All sessions are suitable for all fitness abilities.
