Wake up in the luxury of a stylish 4-star bedroom before heading outside on the trail to a new you. The team at Eco Fitness will introduce you to various new fun ways to exercise in Mother Nature’s Gym. You will take part in a whole host of exciting, fun fitness activities, all designed to help you to shape up and improve your fitness. Nordic Walking, Trim Treks, Power, Walking with Weights, Body conditioning, combined with yoga and relaxation.
During your daily workouts, take in the quietly cascading River Norr and glorious Mendip Hill parkland before heading back in to the stunning Palladian mansion ready to relax in front of a roaring fire and at the end of the day relax in a sumptuous bath before fine dining delicious, healthy locally sourced produce in the hotel’s award winning restaurant.
