Join the Eco Fitness team for a unique, fun day and learn how to turn your everyday stroll into a fun, effective, total body workout. Discover the many health benefits associated with Nordic Walking. Jennie and her team will train you in the basic Nordic Walking technique. After a fun morning, you’ll enjoy a light lunch before setting off on the last leg of your experience, a guided, scenic countryside walk, where you will be able to put all your new found skills into practice.
